The delivery was estimated to take 6-8 weeks, but it showed up ahead of schedule on October 21, which was awesome. I got an automated call to set up the delivery, making it super easy and convenient. After doing months of research, I’m really happy I went with this hot tub and this company. The delivery crew left it at the end of our driveway, and my husband and I managed to roll it to the backyard using PVC pipes. Since my husband is an electrician, he handled the wiring himself without any issues, and it didn’t take long at all. The hot tub is functioning perfectly, with no leaks or problems. It’s just the two of us using it, and it’s spacious without being overwhelming. We debated whether to get a hot tub with a lounge seat while we were shopping, but I’m so glad we opted for one with it because it’s super comfy and relaxing. The jets are strong enough even on the low setting, so we hardly ever need to crank them up. We really enjoy the LED light and the variety of color options. All the controls are straightforward and user-friendly. Keeping the chemicals balanced is a breeze too. We use our hot tub every single day. This is our first one, and we couldn’t be more pleased.
